The rental detached holiday villa in Son Vilar, near Es Castell, Menorca, consists
of three double bedrooms (one en-suite), Lounge / Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom,
Patio, Private Swimming Pool, Large Terrace and Barbeque. The villa is tastefully
furnished throughout and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, cooker,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, washing machine, utensils, crockery and glasses,
as well as all linen except beach towels. All bedrooms are air conditioned, both
COOLING or HEATING, and sleeps two to seven. The villa has passed the scrutiny of
the Menorca Tourism Board.
On your arrival day there is a Welcome Pack containing: bread, butter, marmalade, milk, eggs, bacon, cheese, tea, coffee, fruit juice, lemonade, water, soap, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, red/white wine, and a carton of beer.
The property also has a Satellite TV (Free To Air), Playstation 2, CD & Cassette Player, short wave radio, and a DVD and VHS Player in the lounge.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and on your subsequent departure.
Fresh linen and a villa clean is supplied weekly, and the pool is cleaned twice weely during your stay. If there are any villa or pool problems a quick phone call to my local manager will resolve it.
Many past tenants are regular visitors (60%!) - which speaks for itself.
